Pros

The Healthmark team has been very welcoming and supportive in this first month of working here. I am loving my position as a medical records processor so far. I am remote but this is still a relaxed team environment, with help when needed. I hope to stay here for a long time. The company is growing, so there should be plenty of opportunities for growth.

Cons

Pay could be higher and the benefits more affordable.

You can work from home

Cons

You are micromanaged, they took away our 2 15 min paid breaks with no notice, everyday there are new rules or policies and it’s exhausting. No pay transparency and low pay issues. They want work machines and not actual people.

Flexible schedule. Ok benefits. Friendly and good Company morale

Cons

Any time a requestor needs records asap, they are quick to drop a bunch of work on you last minute to meet the deadline. Lots of pressure from the upper management and there are no incentives for the hard working employees that modify their schedules to try and meet the expectation. Pay also is very poor.
