Working from home makes having to work & raising kids easier. The team I work on feels like family Opportunities to move up.

Cons

Pay could be better but it pays the bills Company is growing and feeling like it’s getting away from CRAFT values & more a corporate agenda.

Please look into this department. There are too many changes constantly almost on a weekly basis.it’s hard for anyone to keep up. Some of the processors have been with HealthMark for over a year and don’t get paid enough for all of the work that gets put on us. Flexibility has changed so that can’t really be a pro anymore. Management and leads are micromanaging and are too strict on all of us. The turnover over this department is ridiculous too. Or shall I say “firing in this dept” Learn to hire and retain your employees instead of letting them go for mistakes that they make.
