Very complicated system of evaluating and working with patients towards an acceptable discharge involving a system of achieving "autonomy" vs "self-reliance".

The only positive I experienced working here was being able to get home quickly at the end of my day.

Cons

The productivity expectations are unreasonable. The upper management don't care about the opinions of the staff clinicians. They don't give a pay raise.

Pros

Flexibility, pay, work life balance. Depending on position, no mandatory weekends. PTO was awesome.

Cons

Support from upper management was lacking and promoting your least productive employees while preaching the productivity line is hypocritical. Cutting patient care to utilize less prn staff is abominable when promoting patient care first. Having one policy while enforcing another is utter nonsense. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing most of the time.
