      Pros

      They are very flexible so you can balance work and family life. Great co-workers. All team players, more like an extended family. Management is accessible, attentive and helpful.

      Cons

      Headquarters is in Maryland. Have to call Human Resources to get help with benefits etc. No representative will come out to sites to help explain benefits.

      Health benefits o.k. Able to take PTO when requested. DOR worked extra hard

      Cons

      No therapy materials provided to SLP. Company states the building is to supply therapy materials- doesn't really matter when you have a patient who needs help. No raise after 3 years. No review of work to determine if your meeting companies objectives.
