Going downhill fast...get out while you can!!!

Pros

Support from coworkers and teammates when you have bad days. Believe me, you will have many bad days.

Cons

Benefit costs kept going up yet we got no annual raises, how is that a benefit? Internal communication was a joke. Management cared less about patient care including their own team members and cared more about productivity.

Pros

Wonderful access to CEU courses, modalities training, caring staff. I absolutely love my rehab director and the interdisciplinary communication my team has.

Cons

No holiday pay, no matching 401K, CPR out of pocket, no reimbursement for CEUs outside of company. Location has wage freeze, but recruiters don't tell that to new employees.

Pros

Healthpro has contracts with several facilities which allows good flexibility to work at different locations utilizing the same electronic medical documentation system.

Cons

When census is low, per diem staff are frequently cancelled. Computer system can be unreliable. Documentation for evaluations can be difficult to navigate with little training.
