Unprofessional liars

Pros

The company did offer decent benefits (though I didn't need them), and the vacation time was fair. Also, productivity expectations were realistic.

Cons

In-facility management as well as upper level management do not return phone calls, lie to employees, are misleading and overall unprofessional.

Eventhough management stresses workers higher calling into healthcare, it's all business and bottom line at the cost of delivering quality patient care.
