But if you aren't getting calls to transfer how can you transfer? they don't care its more about transfers than sales and even then its $45 per sale. Literally, all day is spent cold calling to 350+ voice-mails a day and constantly being threatened with being fired. This job is not a long-term one soon this will all be automated online and won't need a real person. The benefits suck for a health insurance place we have cigna and to see your Dr it's $45 Co pay. They don't pay for any birth control or anything like that. If you work here get paid for the training then bounce out.
