      Cons

      They can’t get it right. They constantly change your schedule and role at last minute and expect you to just adjust. I get this passive aggressive behavior from this company . It seems unorganized

      Pros

      Training is in depth and is spread over a reasonable amount of time. They want to make sure that you are prepared for the job. The only other benefit is working from home.

      Cons

      The base pay is very low. I was told this was a sales position, however, it is primarily a transfer program. I am required to try to transfer the client to a local field agent before I am able to assist with any applications. Basically, giving my money away unless the field is unavailable.

Community Initiatives: Health Plan One has made significant strides toward community engagement such as implementing habitat for humanity projects.

      High Expectations & Pressure: The company sets high performance standards, which can sometimes feel overwhelming for those who prefer a slower pace or more work flexibility. Frequent Organizational Changes: Some employees report that the company undergoes frequent supervisor restructures or changes in dept roles, which can create instability and confusion. Work-Life Balance Can Be Challenging: Getting vacations approved in advance can be challenging due to AEP & off season dept changes & restructures.
