      Pros

      Working at health plan one is pretty cool. It's an atmosphere that will guide you but also allows you to work independently if necessary. Also remote work is a plus

      Cons

      I can't really think of any real cons other than the commission on a sale in the inbound sales dep is pretty low at $10 per sale but depending on the program you sell for sometimes the sales will add up

      TOO much nepotism

      Pros

      They hire great employees and my supervisor had nice hair.

      Cons

      too many to list but if you are not of a certain religion you don't move up in the company. If you have a bad week it's hard to crawl out of the hole they put you in for leads. They lie on the internet and say they can give clients things they can't. They do not care about their employees emotional well being.
