Pros

My direct supervisor and their manager were wonderful.

My old company was recently acquired by HPO. When we were brought on we were told that our metrics wouldn't be watched too closely until June. They lied! Starting in April they started distributing the calls based on buckets & if you were struggling you were screwed. There was really no time to get use to everything and I was given bottom-of-the-barrel leads. I was expected to sell but was placed on OB only and you can't sell a VM. Upper Management (above the sale manager) is very deceiving and blows a lot of smoke. If you aren't a top agent, they could care less about you.

.... the agents are amazing. Great atmosphere although I can't say that is still the case or not. They preach work life balance but then pile on reports, and unrealistic expectations. They make it virtually impossible to do your job and then penalize you when you don't. Regardless of successful Numbers and reaching sales goals.

Cons

Very little organization or training provided to help you succeed. Severe nepotism and favoritism is played among upper management. Hr is not there to protect you, they are there to protect the company and their interests despite retaliation, gas lighting and other abusive tactics being used.

Pros

You'll be happier when you leave than when you started.

Cons

All levels of management are liars and will not hesitate to throw you under the bus first chance they get. Corporate leadership has increased 400% in the last two years. That's where all the money is going. NOT TO EMPLOYEES. Their objective is to scrape up all the cash and speculate on the market. They practice all forms of corporate abuse towards employees. Favoritism plays a big part. The favorites do the least amount of work and receive raises, promotions and approval to take PTO. The rest of the workers are expected to subsidize the work that the favorites don't have to do. The manager frequently gets too 'handsy' with young employees. He's been doing it for years and upper management just lets him. There's micromanaging and age discrimination that goes on every day. It's a toxic work environment. Run do not walk to the nearest exit.

Most Toxic Job Ever

-Work from home (that’s it)

Cons

-Low pay that may change days before pay out with excuses of other sales manager not hitting goal -0 chance of promotion unless you know someone and no interviews internally only no -Will switch your job title after getting in the door and use the business needs curtain -Unorganized and reactive upper management. No proactive stance and will constantly change to your detriment. -HR does not protect you and will be slow responding with no resolution -Burn and turn agents no interest in developing. Call center and not agent focused. -Director of Sales are inexperienced and keep ratings of performance to themselves and will never identify their math. -Ideals and input is not welcomed and leaders run on emotion and not logic -Everyone is unhappy and they don’t use surveys to better company. -Will drag their feet on appointment releases (2 weeks with daily inquiries)

Fair Supervisors Good Time Off

Cons

Disorganized: most of the time supervisors didn’t know about changes or fixes within the company, a lot of short notices. Supervisors rarely had time for consistent coachings only for mandatory team meetings. Upper management wasn’t ever transparent
