      Does pay well, I worked from home.

      Cons

      the computer equipment that was sent to my home was inadequate...had lots of problems. I was moved to brokerage but never given more carriers to sale and was told they were working on it but never did what they said and I was termed for not salering enough plans in Jan. after AEP ended. My last sup I had was a jerk.

      Pros

      They give a pretty decent base pay, health benefits, and 401K, etc.

      Cons

      Limited communication between managers, also it is hard to find support if needed when taking calls during AEP as they are also answering calls and has a weak training program.

      Client gifts, competitive awards for meeting daily goals, flexibility work/home balance.

      Cons

      Poor communication between management and employees. Daily changes and no communication to update employees to execute change. Unprofessionalism from management when stressful situations occur. Different direction given to Licensed Agents and CSR’s, therefore conceiving issues losing prospect interest in the client.
