      After 10 years of growth together, I'm more dedicated now to my family then ever due to a more corporate structure but somehow still keeping the family roots that made us successful.

      Cons

      The only downside that comes to mind is the growth and success that can put a strain on maintaining that family structure.

Career Development Opportunities: Offers various opportunities for professional growth such as internal promotions, helping employees grow within the company. Competitive Compensation: Pay and bonuses are competitive within the industry, ensuring employees feel valued for their contributions. Community Initiatives: Health Plan One has made significant strides toward community engagement such as implementing habitat for humanity projects.
