      Pros

      I really enjoy most of the people I work with and encounter here, it's a nice environment. Not too stressful unless its AEP. The workload is just about right - there's always some catch up time.

      Cons

      Whoever you work for or work with you will always have somebody annoying you. It's life, just get on with it. We spend 40 hours a week here. PTO - could be better.

If you are willing to work hard, devote your time to the success of the organization, you will be successful. The potentials are endless if you are eager to learn and enjoy working on a team that is results driven.

      If you're liked by management and you can sell, then you're golden.

      Cons

      If you aren't both of those, then you aren't going to get far. I had the opportunity to stay, however they don't pay very well so I left.

      Hello - We have recently created a program that involves a state of the art training for managers and supervisors and we believe it will help create an ideal sales center environment. As for our pay, we are continuously reviewing it to ensure that we are paying our employees fairly and appropriately. Thank you for your feedback.
