      Pros

      pay is good and some benefits, you would think the health insurance they offer is better, it is not good coverage or costs

      Cons

      management, they lay off a lot, the management has some disrespectful people working there.. and talk down to you

      They are very good with Diversity and Inclusion.

      Cons

      They don't seem to have good training classes and definitely play favoritism. Also believe agents are very under paid.

      Pros

      Remote, OK hours, Some flexibility.

      Cons

      All managers , Upper and Lower need to be fired. They have no clue how to manage people. If you read all the reviews, most of the problems are management. If anyone at HPONE can read, fire them all. They are the worst. This place would be great to work at if they hired real talent and actually help agents grow, but that is not on their to do list!. No room to move up. Bad leads, Unrealistic goals, Worst QA ever. They set you up to fail. BEN! I hope you read this!!
