The hiring process was very long and very bad communication between HR. I got hired worked for the company for 3 weeks. They fired me during training because I was late getting my certification completely. Something completely out of my hands. I’m very happy they did that because I wouldn’t want to work for a company who doesn’t give you a chance. They incentives and bonuses were a little questionable do to previous reviews I’ve seen from multiple source. Now I work for one of the biggest banks globally and I’m happy I dodged this bullet!

Unorganized, unprofessional, unpredictable, no communication. Mandatory OT

Poor communication between management and employees. Daily changes and no communication to update employees to execute change. Unprofessionalism from management when stressful situations occur. Different direction given to Licensed Agents and CSR’s, therefore conceiving issues losing prospect interest in the client.

Limited communication between managers, also it is hard to find support if needed when taking calls during AEP as they are also answering calls and has a weak training program.
