Management, Co-workers, PTO & NRG's, and decent pay

Cons

Growth seems almost impossible unless you move departments, Some teams should be fully-remote but aren't so it makes day to day extremely hard to manage, Pay can be better, and moving to more modern systems/processes will push the company to the Top in every facet.

I cannot think of a single nice thing to say about this company.

Cons

Pay is awful, benefits are expensive, managers are unprofessional people on power trips who micromanage even trips to the restroom. The training I received at this company was horrendous. New hire orientation consisted of someone essentially reading a script at me for 8 hours. There is no humanity or warmth.
