micromanaging and lack of upper management involvement. company prefers to hire from outside for some supervisory positions versus hiring from within if there are qualify individuals.

The best part was that eventually you were able to telecommute from home.

Cons

This was like working for big brother. The job was for case management but our job was just data entry. They actually counted key strokes on you computer to make sure you were working 9+ hours a day!!!

Pros

I worked for the office in FL. It is a great place to learn about Medicare and Medicaid. A lot of opportunity for advancement. The director in Florida is wonderful and promotes the open door policy.

Cons

If you associate with coworkers that upper management do not approve of, it will lead to you being targeted for termination. What you do and will do for the company will not be taken into consideration.
