Pros
There is opportunity for movement and hardwork pays off literally. They will give hard working employees pay increases. I had several in my 2+ years there. This was also my first job out of college and the work was adaptable to any other company. You learn a lot, your management team sets you up for growth. When you succeed the management team will acknowledge it.
Cons
You will work a lot. I would work anywhere from a typical 40 hours to 50+ hours a week. However, they have work from home options and flexible scheduling. Basically if you get your work done and done well you get the privilege of enjoying hours off without using PTO and when I took a full day my PTO was never denied. A few people even got new puppies when they worked there and due to the schedule of training their dogs they let them work remote the later half of the day every day of the week. Basically if you work hard you will be appreciated, but you will work really hard. I think hours is the largest complaint I hear about healthfuse overall, but I also know management is working on it.
