a handful of residents and employees aren't crap

Cons

they hire the dumbest of people, make sure you're ALWAYS around "witnesses" in the even of discrimination or office won't do anything because it'll go under he said she said, inconsiderate coworkers and bratty residents. an over glorified dumpster, some residents sit in their own feces and urine all day every day because the company makes the family buy diapers when they have 5k a month as minimum for this "poop"show

Amazing residents. Administrative Director is a total sweetheart who really cares. Some truly great CNAs. If next shift shows up decent chance to leave within 1-1.5 hours of completing shift. Nursing work can be very rewarding and enjoyable, despite being very busy and running all over a huge building.

Cons

Constantly mandated. Forced overtime weekly. Nursing staffing is horrible. Nurses are overworked and burned out so hard. Unavailable or ineffective RNs.
