The company as a does not do a great job in valuing their employees ( I can only speak for the Silver Spring location). They handled the pandemic poorly, did not extend FFCRA in case employees got covid which forced employees to use their own personal hours if they were exposed to covid, The benefits are mid grade, you have to pay a dollar per hour for parking in the place you work at, barely any upward mobility, low raises on a yearly basis. They want you to go above and beyond without being recognized or compensated properly. They appear like they are accommodating but you find out things that leave distaste in your mouth on a monthly basis. Federal employees do not respect you as a contractor so people are rude unprovoked frequently.
