This is probably a product of the overall environment in contracting. The benefits are average at best.

Working in a Govt. contract will boost resume. Company parties Just know how contracts work before making the decision to work for the company.

Cons

Pay could be higher but it is set at a certain amount through the contract Act It is a contract position so job is not as secure
