      The coolest place that I ever worked. If you like heavy industry, this is the place to play with BIG TOYS. All the authority and responsibility that you want to grab.

      Management structure in this plant is a shambles. No rules are hard and fast.

      Poor morale due to frequent reorganisations, you never feel safe in your job! The parent company has a poor understanding of the UK workplace and markets
