Large company so many resources to any computer programs or IT help you may need. Plants largely operate on their own without much micromanagement. Bosses answer the phone and are available when called upon for assistance. No issues getting any supplies needed within couple days
Cons
Recently bought by investment company so they are downsizing overhead costs on plants that lose money. Poor daily process. Superiors request all improvement ideas go through them which they then twist or pawn off as their own and slows down everything. Management disconnected from plants and have poor problem solving and leadership skills. "Cover your own a**" and "Its not my fault" kind of culture. Management struggles to see larger picture and hinders plant workers more than helps There have been many sexist law suits against the company and they do not encourage internal female promotion from pc to saleswoman because they feel it will hinder the company in a male dominated industry.
