      not a stressful based environment at head office which is good, lots of opportunites to get out onto the sites and see whats going on operationally. good work life balance where the office culture is not one to stay stupidly late for no reason and show 'face time' in the office. people are excellent highlight comitted to health and safety

      head office lacks a lively environment . lots of driving to meetings around the country, culture is very much lcoation based. people lack passion for their roles becasue some are too busy complaining about processes...but this happens in most companies?
