Decent pay, in town work.

Cons

Way too much penny pinching. Not reinvesting in equipment,technology,training, workforce,way to top heavy. Need more boots on the ground and proper tools to do job. A lot of turnaround on salaried staff side of company. Low morale,no participation in community,no corporate challenge, no kids christmas party, no cafeteria anymore, all the great things about working for the company have been slowly eroded.
