Free goodies like sodas and snacks and free lunch for end month close if you work in Accounting.

Cons

Personal / sick time is up to you manager so it could be really good or not good at all.

Pros

Like every job, it depends on what part of the organization you are in, but Lehigh in general is pretty average for the industry, with some portions much better, and very few worse.

Cons

Restructures itself a lot, with acquisitions in the late 2000's. Too much dependence on reports and checklists, and not enough eyes/feet in the field to verify. Corporate is a bit detached, luckily many of the groups are good at independence, and work despite Corporate's issues.
