      Micro managed by people out of their element.

      Pros

      The company did have average benefits and yearly reveiws. They also built fairly decent products and also provided backup services.

      Cons

      The majority of upper management was brought from within. These people managed plants from other states and did not have a handle on what sold in certain areas and could of cared less. They showed distain for the local employees.

      Great pay and benefits. Various work sites and fast paced work environment. The work season tends to go by very quickly

      Cons

      Very long hours and a lot of time traveling and being away from home. Although safety really does come 1st with this company any construction related work comes with some risk.
