      Pros

      Good salaries on offer for people with relevant skills & experience. High quality working environment, company is serious about environmental issues & H&S.

      Cons

      There is currently a cost cutting program across the company including compulsory redundancies, affecting staff morale. In my department, management all seemed to know each other, and it was a bit of a closed shop for employees - who you knew was more important than what you knew.
