Good people who really wants to add value but are beaten down with do more with less, no opportunities for advancement and limited training opportunities.

Cons

Culture of attempting to cut their way to prosperity. Hanson was acquired Heidelberg Cement in 2007 and now everything going through Germany which is demoralizing for the US Management Team.

They have hot coffee in there offices most of the time.

Cons

Old school management styles. Managers do not have skills to do there jobs so they look for some one to blame all the time. They love to micromanage. The managers gave an employee his 40th anaversary party. That afternoon they layed him off He was replaced with an engineer with 21/2 years experience. Is this a company that you want to work for?
