Thank you for your review, it is truly great to receive your feedback on our culture. Help at Home believes in the power of teamwork and communication. We value diversity and collaboration. Help at home works hard to meet or exceed industry standards for compensation and it is something that is reviewed regularly but also depends on Medicaid reimbursement rates. In areas where our wages aren’t as high as we would like, we try to offer additional benefits like greater flexibility or paid time off.
