You can't get information from your supervisor or your branch manager all company people try to send you to a different location for your help

Working with the clients and seeing them smile

Cons

The merge between Help at home and Adaptive hasn't went well. There letting most of the Help at home staff in the office go for no reason. Giving a 2 day notice before they don't have a job is crazy.

Supervisor are so/so, not very informative of the clients you’ll be working with
