      It's a decent job

      Pros

      A Good job to have when you are in between jobs. Working for Help At Home is really what you make it. You make your hours and the training is easy.

      Cons

      You don't know who might be your client and 80% of the supervisor team don't care about your hours or communicating with you. The paid is a little low.

Help at home also works hard to meet or exceed industry standards for compensation and it is something that is reviewed regularly but also depends on Medicaid reimbursement rates. In areas where our wages aren’t as high as we would like, we try to offer additional benefits like greater flexibility or paid time off.
