Help at home works hard to meet or exceed industry standards for compensation and it is something that is reviewed regularly but also depends on Medicaid reimbursement rates. In areas where our wages aren’t as high as we would like, we try to offer additional benefits like greater flexibility or paid time off. Friendly co-workers HR manager is very easy to talk to and down to earth. Close to home

Cons

Lack of communication No one has clear on their responsibilities During COVID they’ve opened up the Philadelphia and Horsham office to full staff in the office Pay rates are awful
