The great qualities of the company are highlighted by flexibility, fair compensation, and great management

Cons

Some of the downsides are potentially encountering difficult situations, but the leadership of management is typically able to guide their caregivers through whatever situation is at hand.

Pros

It wasn’t hard work. Basically you observe clients and write ABC data.

Cons

Only get paid 0.32 per mile. I was putting over 500 miles a week on my car and the gas prices shot up. It’s definitely not worth putting mileage on your car. Because mileage equals repairs and maintenance. A company car should be provided.
