I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Help at home works hard to meet or exceed industry standards for compensation and it is something that is reviewed regularly but also depends on Medicaid reimbursement rates. Lack of Compassion

Pros

Paid training and company instructor for CPR and First Aid. Provides gloves and hand sanitizer to use on the job.

Cons

Don’t pay for having experience. Don’t always return calls when you call with a concern. Get upset when you go into office to talk to your supervisor or to get forms.

Pros

Not bad money if you work 40 hrs a week.

Cons

They constantly change your schedule without letting you know at times, if you are at a clients house and become sick they don't care you have to finish your shift even if it puts the client at risk of getting sick.
