Pros

Most of the clients we serve are amazing people, they become family. The pay is a little better than average and I heard they've gotten a raise since I left.

Cons

You may have to drive some long distances. The supervisors are the worst. They didn't have their things together and you get reprimanded for it. No way to advance from within because they hire from off the street or from different companies for supervisors. They don't take no for an answer when it comes to subbing for other employees clients.
