This company really sucks morally but its a job

Pros

pays every week doesn't drug test Some of the employees are great to work with

Cons

Doesn't really care about employees No training really Pushes a lot of work on some and doesn't ask more from others Management does not meet expectation most of the time because they don't listen to opinions of better work processes or about how to better work environments They put us in a building with gas smells and let most staff work from home but made some staff work in the building Management threatens employees about not talking about their pay rates even though its federally protected They increase or work load or change you position and they offer very low or some times nonexistent pay increases

Poor Upper Management

Pros

Local Branch associates and office environment were top notch, caring and efficient. Staff extremely family oriented and accommodating.

Cons

Upper Management and Corporate has very little -- if any -- regard for branch office employees. Showed no care for employees relative to quickly and equitably providing PPE for in-home caregivers during the COVID pandemic. In general, Corporate does not listen to the needs or concerns of the local branch offices. Leads to high turnover and low morale.

Pros

Hours are good. Monday through Friday 9-5. Small amount of on-call.

Cons

Upper management changes the way they want charting done all the time. Lots of double charting.
