Not always guaranteed hours, sometimes your clients don’t want you to work on scheduled day, sometimes the elderly treat you poorly

The best part of the job was being able to stay in touch with my clients daily meeting them face to face to work on any questions or concerns they may have

Cons

Management was horrible. If you are not part of the group of friends and don't do what they want, you can be treated pretty poorly. Workers were very unprofessional most of the time, taking advantage of the system, not allowing their workers to go ahead and get the hours they needed instead they would go out and service these clients accepting gifts and taking on extra money.

not a lot of pros to mention

worst job ever. worst working experience of my entire career. worst upper management with a lack of oversight. Opportunist in regards to how clients are used to buy property for the agency. worst run branch of any company i’ve ever been connected to. Do not trust your loved ones to this branch of the organization. Branch hides abuses to clients. Staff severely over worked and underpaid. houses over run with rodents and in severe need of repair. Extremely high turnover rate for the employees that are there and low morale for the employees that are present.
