Help at home works hard to meet or exceed industry standards for compensation and it is something that is reviewed regularly but also depends on Medicaid reimbursement rates. In areas where our wages aren’t as high as we would like, we try to offer additional benefits like greater flexibility or paid time off. Pay was decent, they supply PPE,

Cons

They treat their employees like crap, Don't pay mileage or for wear and tear on your vehicle, Some of the families are rude to the workers, Workers are under appreciated.

The pay was good yep.

Cons

Horrible management, bad communication, managers use vulgar language at employees, their always yelling, and they don’t listen.
