Pros

There are none anymore sadly

Cons

Very sexist company. Do not value female employees. Unless your apart of the inner circle in upper management you are not valued. Turn over is very high in case manager position because they over work them and under pay. Since the restructure of help at home raises have turned to crap. New employees are making more than employees who have been employed for years, and salaries weren’t brought up for those who of us who worked hard for it.

Pros

You can set your own hours, The clients are wonderful! The Nurses are GREAT!

Cons

The pay is great to start, but the HHAs only get 20 cents per YEAR. They don't offer any incentives, the insurance is way to expensive on an HHA salary. The schedulers are nice to you when you will fill in for someone, but get sick and call off and you are treated like crap. The office people sit around and talk about other employees and gossip about people. They will ask you to drive 20 or 25 minutes to a client but offer no mileage on the skilled side. There are LOTS of cons to this job.

Pros

They have a flexible Schedule, and you may meet some nice people while you work there.

Cons

Terrible conditions including cockroaches and bedbugs in homes, hours reduced when you refuse to return to bad conditions, and difficult management.
