Pros

You choose your hours other than that nothing.

Cons

Absolutely no communication and you do not get paid for long distance travel just one flat rate. The supervisors are very unprofessional.

Honest and to the point

Pros

A very laid back company. Corporate culture is very different from other companies. What's tolerated here may not be tolerated at other companies. Very accommodating

Cons

You can be boxed into your position with no room for advancement. With a mostly female environment, coworkers can be immature and competitive. The rate of pay doesn't match the amount of work performed.
