Pros

You get hired no matter how old you are, just meet the requirements

Cons

They don't have enough clients, for the hired staff, full time workers are lucky if they get 20 hours a week, Family and friends are 40 hour employees, administered staff works a 40 hour week but don't seem to care if the home care aides can pay their bills or not only earning $10.05 hr.

Pros

Pay although stagnant is still at top of field.

Cons

Upper management are totally incompetent to run a business and to be frank they are to ignorant to know, that ALL problems with the agency exist because they are clueless. The lower management are ill trained, and overburdened with policies and constant changes.
