Beware of the Lafayette Office

Pros

Upper nursing leadership is fantastic! Great support with assistance when needed.

Cons

Lafayette office staff has falsified RN documentation on forms and there was no investigation to find out who did it. The office staff have a generic log in while nurses have their name attached to all documentation. The office staff should NOT be able to change anything that anyone else documents. It is not worth the risk with audit. There is also an employee that will do things that are not compliant with the COPs that are not worth the risk to your license. I would recommend you protect yourself and your license and stay away. It is not worth the risk. One particular office staff that is very unprofessional, does not follow the COPs which could lead to serious consequences during an audit by the state. It is not worth the risk. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

Diversity of clients, flexible schedule, great team players.

Cons

Have to travel for training/recert. Pay could be better, this is a billion dollar company.
