Staff are often scheduled for back-to-back sessions without adequate breaks, and there have been instances where RBTs are not provided with a lunch break. Additionally, turnover is extremely high, leading to a lack of continuity of care, as clients frequently have to adjust to new therapists. The work culture can also feel tense, with a catty or unsupportive tone from upper management, and HR is often unresponsive when concerns are raised.
