Pros

The company does attempt to promote a positive work culture through team bonding and events. Supportive team members on site.

Cons

Very low pay, high burn out rate. RBTs are paid terribly here, it is insulting. Minimal raises for the RBTs, sometimes only 25 cents annually. Very profit driven rather than driven by ethics. Upper management fails to listen to the needs of the staff. Terrible operations.

Pros

Sweet kids Mostly dedicated RBTs Many toys and crafts available for clients in the clinic

Cons

Snarky and rude management. Standing up for yourself gets you punished with cut hours and petty comments. Atmosphere feels like you must get as many trials done with no real emphasis on connection with the child. I was told many times to “gain compliance” and ignore client requests to leave DTT rooms (doesn’t seem like the assent based care they advertise). Was never trained on safety procedures. Was forced to work multiple Saturdays in a row due to poor planning on management’s part. Overall a horrible experience with a HUGE turnover rate (I wonder why). A company that cares about profits over people.
