Pros

-Everyone is loving, compassionate, and truly cares about the kids - The techs all get along really well and aim to get to know each other on an interpersonal level, which makes working together easier - The kids brighten every day, and even the smallest of goals reached have you beaming from ear to ear - Open door policy is amazing, I never feel weird for talking about something or feel like I am going to get in trouble for my concerns - Such positive vibes!!! - The kids are really what keeps me motivated, it’s so beautiful seeing parents notice the changes, and how we have been able to make lives just a little easier. - I love that we are all such advocates for new ABA, and work hard to dismantle the negative stigma against what we do. We truly aim to make lives easier to live, and work towards helping our kiddos be the best version of themselves, not who anyone else wants them to be, and I just love that so much.

Cons

-Long hours, sometimes I am in the clinic from 7:45am until after 6pm, which can be draining - The job itself can be taxing emotionally (but at the end of the day we do what we do to help our families live the best version of their lives, so it makes it worth it) - Cases could be staffed more appropriately (taking into account which techs would work best with certain kiddos)

Pros

The kids are the best part about the job.

Cons

No support. High ...very high turnover. I've never seen turn over like this in my life. Worked for the company and literally over 20 people left while I was there for 6 months. Extremely low pay for the amount of work they want you to do. No such thing as true full time with this company. It's like they try to find ways not to pay you 40 hours. ABA needs to be regulated more on the state and federal level. It isn't so they are getting away with a lot of criminal activity. Don't work here.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is important to us as we continually work to improve our workplace experience. While turnover in this industry can be challenging, we are continuing to better our workplace and have rolled out many new initiatives to help our team members. All our clinical leaders are master's level trained and certified ABA professionals, providing mentorship and support to our team. In addition, we invest in ongoing leadership development to ensure our leaders are equipped to provide exceptional care. Hours worked is based on the offer letter at time of hire, and our 40-hour employees work 80% of the time with client care, and the remaining 20% compensated as administrative time. Client care and compliance are our top priorities, and we adhere to all ethical and legal standards. Thank you again for your feedback.
