We’re so glad you found flexibility and support during your time at Henderson. We take pride in offering flexible schedules, which enable employees to “flex” hours worked to counterbalance periodic upticks in workload. We strive to align our pay and benefits with the industry as well as the employee’s experience and qualifications. Bonuses aren’t guaranteed, however, this year we had a fully funded bonus pool.
