We want to set our employee-owners set up for success in and out of the workplace. Proto work can be monotonous, but it provides a great opportunity to fine-tune skills and we’re open to new ideas on how we can provide innovative and sustainable solutions for all work, including proto. Right-sizing our staffing is an ongoing process as work fluctuates throughout the sectors and we hope you’re able to utilize our flexible working arrangements and flex time to help with work-life balance in the busy seasons.

Cons

Be aware that most sectors are colorist. They dont have alot of minorities in leadership positions. Tedious work and some of your peers who has less experience than you can write you up or even fire you. The dont pay out your ESOP. Not to my knowledge.
