Company “culture” is great, the people are fun to be around for the most part. Great for some people, drafters mainly.

Cons

No questions answered. Just keep your head down and draft.

They have endless training opportunities to continue your growth as a designer and as an individual. Great people and an even better atmosphere.

Cons

I honestly don't know of a lot of cons, they keep you busy, they have plenty of work and even provide overtime pay if it comes down to you having to work long hours.
