Pros
Hendrick Automotive Group is growing at a healthy, and steady rate. They are looking to add more and more jobs, which provide better opportunities to grow within, and excel in the automotive industry. They have monthly luncheons were I work that have bonuses, and keep everyone up to speed with how the Section they are with is doing, and what they need to continue doing to meet, and exceed goals.
Cons
When I was first hired there, I felt as if I belonged, and that management really cared about me. Now that I have been with the company for almost a year, I feel as if I have become more expendable, than I do valued. My lifestyle, when I was first hired, was something I was told they had no issue with, yet I get backlash for it regularly, and get complaints constantly. The hypocrisy here is overwhelming. I'm tired of giving 100%, yet only being recognized for the 5% which are mistakes. My immediate supervisor probably one of the laziest people I have ever had to come in contact with, yet upper management continues to back them up, regardless of the absences and continuous mistakes. I don't feel like an equal, or even as a part of the team anymore.
